    Very Good product

    This machine is easy to setup and use. Buttons makes it clear to use and coffee is great. I am still practising to get the right combo of grind size to best extraction but the machine does a great job even with store bought grinds. Thanks De Longhi

    Looks great but coffee is lukewarm

    Great looking and compact machine, reasonably quiet and easy to use, externally well made, takes tall cups by removing the drip tray to reveal a lower tray (also removable for washing). Comes with 1 shot, 2 shot and ESE filter baskets and a pretty tacky plastic scoop/tamper, Delonghi should do themselves a favour and replace it with a more solid metal one. The main problem I have is to get a decent hot cup of coffee from it though. Despite programming it for the hottest water setting, the result is always lukewarm even with pre warming cups with boiling water for a few minutes. Maybe I have a faulty machine am waiting to hear back from Delonghi.

    Good coffee but a little fiddly to clean.

    Cleaning the coffee filters is a little challenging - there is a removable filter in the bottom of the cup which is quite difficult to remove and coffee oil collects under it. Again, getting the coffee grounds out of the filter after use is not easy - they are well compressed. I'm still learning how best to fill the filters with coffee - but the results are good so far.

    Great Coffee Machine

    Although advertised as refurbished it was in fact brand new. More reasons for buying this particular machine was that it came from the manufacturer with a standard years warranty. I chose this model as the footprint on my worktop is very slim, a great space saver. The machine is fast when firing up and makes a lovely cup of coffee. Very pleased as it does what it says on the tin!
