    Good price

    As the name implies, there is great value in purchasing older RAM in order to maintain older PCs. I have a teenage Dell XPS400 tower and some of the RAM failed, and this was the perfect replacement. Seems to have been NOS so perhaps it was sitting around for a while in a warehouse or something but it tested fine and has been running strong for 6 months or so.
