    Great japanese wok

    This wok is perfect for frying anything! 36cm is the perfect size and shape for my needs. Heavy but that's not a big problem as washing it is quick and easy. Fine japanese craftsmanship. The quality is very good and it will last forever if treated properly. A very good investment, unlike the western non-stick pans. Only thing missing is a wooden or silicon handle as the steel handle gets too hot and I don't like having to use a towel to hold it. Also, this wok has a rounded bottom so you will need to use a wok ring otherwise it will not be stable on your stove.

    favorite wok ever!

    This iron wok is great. The fit is a little tight for the side burner of my Weber Genesis grill, but it works very well. The best for searing, frying, and stir fry. Gets hot quick and cooks wonderfully. Worth every penny, liking it a lot more than all my other cookware.
