I also immediately requested cancellation of the cartridges, since they had not been shipped and I no longer needed them. Seller denied my cancellation request on 02-22-2026, despite my explanation; and even though seller still had not shipped items (five days after purchase). I wasted hours trying to contact seller and eBay customer service to resolve refund issue.
