Then changed those specs mult times. We tried to accommodate them & politely reminded them that (stated in our listings) all signs are custom made to each order. The process of fabricating a custom sign, LED, wiring, UL, graphics etc takes a few weeks. They repeatedly yelled at our staff demanding that the sign be shipped "immediately" which was impossible.
