It cost what it costs........
For what it is it seems expensive, BUT if the one you have is damaged or worn, then a replacement is essential , and this is good and being for a Bosch tool it wont be cheap. So if you need one, just buy it and get sanding again

They don’t last five minutes ! Probably will buy a different sander after buying Bosch for years . Poor product research Bosch .
