Il diritto di recesso è regolato ai sensi di legge se il Cliente (ossia una persona fisica che acquista la merce per scopi non riferibili alla propria attività professionale, ovvero non effettua l’acquisto indicando nel modulo d’ordine un riferimento di Partita IVA) ha diritto di recedere dal contratto di acquisto per qualsiasi motivo.

Per esercitare tale diritto il Cliente dovrà inviare una comunicazione e restituire il bene entro 10 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce. La comunicazione del recesso dovrà essere inviata a mezzo lettera raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno.

Attenzione: Non possono esercitare il diritto di recesso i clienti che acquistano con Partita IVA.

Il diritto di recesso è comunque sottoposto alle seguenti condizioni:

il diritto si applica al prodotto acquistato nella sua interezza; non è possibile esercitare recesso solamente su parte del prodotto acquistato; il diritto non si applica ai prodotti sigillati una volta aperti; il bene acquistato dovrà essere integro e restituito nella confezione originale, completa in tutte le sue parti (compresi imballo ed eventuale documentazione e dotazione accessoria: manuali, cavi, ecc.);per limitare danneggiamenti alla confezione originale, raccomandiamo, quando possibile, di inserirla in una seconda scatola; va evitata l'apposizione di etichette o nastri adesivi direttamente sulla confezione originale del prodotto;

al suo arrivo in magazzino, il prodotto sarà esaminato per valutare eventuali danni o manomissioni non derivanti dal trasporto.

Fatte salve eventuali spese di ripristino per danni accertati all’imballo originale, provvederemo a rimborsare al Cliente l’intero importo già pagato, entro 30 giorni dal rientro della merce a mezzo Bonifico Bancario. Pertanto sarà cura del Cliente fornire tempestivamente le coordinate bancarie sulle quali ottenere il rimborso (Cod. ABI – CAB - Conto Corrente dell'acquirente registrato su Ebay).

Il diritto di recesso decade totalmente, per mancanza della condizione essenziale di integrità del bene (confezione e/o suo contenuto), nei casi in cui si accerti:

* utilizzo anche parziale del bene e di eventuali materiali di consumo;

* la mancanza della confezione esterna e/o dell'imballo interno originale;

* il danneggiamento del prodotto per cause diverse dal suo trasporto;

* l'assenza di elementi integranti del prodotto (accessori, parti, ecc.);

* nei casi sopra indicati, si provvederà a restituire al mittente il bene acquistato, addebitando allo stesso le spese di spedizione;

Camera was packaged very well, fast delivery, and not over priced, £12 from EU to UK, down side is being hit with import tax and Vat at this end, and having to pay before the currier will deliver!
