Fast delivery.. great product as decribed.. the parts fit perfectly and are actually longer than the last set i had which make it much easier on stairs.. and hetty seems to do less cartwheels when i tug her along 🤭🤣 which is great. Only minor annoyance was the small round brush is squashed.. the bristles are all bent and flattened so not much use.. but small minor as i didnt rly need that one anyway.. and im very happy with the rest of the set. I was posted hoover parts which were fake. I only noticed this when I had thrown away the packaging and started to use them with my hoover. I thought they would be fine as I had used this seller before. Now the seller is asking me to return all the parts unused and in original packaging! This isn’t possible. The hoover does not suck dirt in at all. There is air coming out the black part of the pipe shown near the top in my photo.
