All our goods are directly from the factory without the middlemen so we are able to offer the most competitive price. The following terms and conditions apply to all our orders.
The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order
 
To purchase from us you must be over 18.
 
General
 
Working day" means any day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
 
"Ecosmobike" or "www.ecosmobike.com" means Ecosmo Ltd also referred to as "we" or "us" in these terms and conditions
 
Buyer/Purchaser/You means any person, sole trader, partnership, business, body corporate or other entity detailed in the appropriate section of the sales invoice/order form
 
We reserve the right to amend technical or clerical errors in any order without notice. In addition, the buyer shall ensure that all details contained within the order are correct and no liability for any error or inaccuracy shall lie with us
 
Prices
 
Quotations are given on the assumption that no variation in the price will be made by the manufacturer/sole importer and that Government levies remain unaltered. In the event of such changes, orders placed before the variation will remain the same price and no further increases will be passed to customer.
 
Price means consideration due for purchase and shall include VAT unless otherwise stated. Purchasers should note that prices quoted may vary during the currency of brochures (upwards or downwards) and current prices are quoted at the time of order. In respect of orders placed via the Internet, these shall not be accepted by us until confirmed
 
Limitations Upon Liability
 
Advice given by us during the order process is based entirely upon information given by the purchaser, such advice is an opinion only and we shall not accept liability for any inaccuracies. Additionally, goods supplied are supplied only to correspond to the purpose for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied and not alternative uses to which they may be put.
No liability for failure can be accepted by us for such alternative use, amendment or modification.
 
Delivery
 
Delivery dates are given in good faith and we accept no responsibility for failure to deliver on any given date.
Any claims for non delivery, shortages and damages must be notified to the seller within 7 days of dispatch. As a rule parcels are not considered lost until after 14 working days. We are not able to process a claim for the parcel until 14 working days have passed from the time of us sending the goods. Once the 14 days have passed we will then process a claim as quickly as possible, however please note the claims process can take several weeks. We do not wait for the compensation to come to us before we refund you or resend the goods but we do have to wait for confirmation that the claim has been accepted. Please understand that in this situation it is not us that have lost the goods and it is frustrating for us also.
 
Warranty
 
We offer 60 days warranty for all the parts except the frame (which has a standard 12 months warranty), if you find any of the parts have a manufacture problem within 60 days, we can supply you free replacement parts (except inner tubes of course) for yourself to changing them, or you can send the product back to us on your cost and we will fix it for you.
 
Cancellation of orders
 
If you want to cancel your order and return the item, you must notify us within 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the goods are delivered
 
We recommend you post your returns to us using a carrier who can give us a proof of posting as, until the parcel reaches s, it is your responsibility.
 
Goods and packaging must be as new, returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage.
 
You (buyer) are responsible for the return shipping charges if you are returning items because you have changed your mind, and we will refund you the full amount within 30 days provided that the goods returned are in the original condition when delivered to you.
 
Refunds are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back. Please allow a further week for the amount to show on your account. Sorry if this seems a little long but the time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it. We will refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. same card, Paypal)

    Great product - fits in car boot

    Not going to lie, as you can read in other reviews, putting this bike together is a b***h! Zero instructions - which I am surprised hasn't been rectified as it's a comment that has been made for a long time - only a 'how to be safe and keep your bike looking nice' booklet & tools that don't fit the parts that they are intended for! - Also something that has come up in several other reviews. However, this doesn't affect the product itself. You can study the pictures online to see what goes where & hopefully, if you already have some tools at home you should be fine. I bought the bike to cycle a 6 mile round trip to uni and back each day - it is super and does as it is supposed to do! No issues to date (3rd week). It is a struggle to lift into a boot when you have the wheels spinning round & ...

    I am sorry but I have to write a negative review as this bike is super heavy and it doesn't seem to be very sturdy. Also it was a nightmere to assemble it as there are no instructions. I live on the 3rd floor without a lft and I have to bring up the bike by stairs every time, it's always annoying.

    Delighted with this bike - it's remarkably good quality for the amount paid. The saddle is surprisingly comfortable! Living in a small cottage, I needed a folding bike to be able to put it away, under the stairs, for the winter and this is perfect. Those who've never assembled a bike before might be a bit perplexed. The instructions for assembly are rubbish and mainly concern themselves with how to ride safely. How to connect and set the brake cable might've been of more use! I did not appreciate having to walk 2 miles to the nearest garage to buy a set of hex keys - the two required could, quite easily, have been included with the bike spanner. The one that was included was the wrong size! (Quality control?) The lock included does not fit onto the bike's framework and I would readily ...

    Fits boot on Renault Captur

    Really happy with my bike, it feels light to cycle and isn’t too heavy for me to lift into my car. Collapsing and unfolding it takes a little practice as it’s on wheels of course so moves around when you’re doing it! It would benefit from a strap to hold the wheels together once folded as doesn’t lock in position. It came with a puncture and we ordered the wrong size inner tube which was frustrating, but all fixable. I don’t like cycling on roads so I pop it in the car and take it to a Greenway (disused railway line) which is perfect it being foldable. Doesn’t come with lights. Comfortable ride.
