On my last purchase - a CT310 x trainer i had an issue and contacted their customer services dept and was in touch with JJ, with whom i have dealt with previously, as usual JJ reacted speedily and the required item was with me 2 days later and the issue resolved. If all traders had a customer services dept and staff like JJ, then there would be no need for programmes like Rip Off Britain. Well done XS and JJ

The seller responded quickly and a replacement was sent out. The delivery company was an issue. And no-one contacted me. I followed it up with the seller who were away from the office. On their return they followed it up promptly and the replacement arrived . I am now using the bike. It is smooth and easy to use and soundless!
