The pipe arrived bent up on the edges because you put it in a bag instead of putting the "T" in a box. I think that I will be able to straighten the ends out and use it I don't have time to ship it back and have you ship me another one replace it

Good seller and well packaged, shipped/delivered quickly. The PRODUCT is, in my opinion, not heavy duty as box describes. Not the thick heavy pumice that we used to get from the hardware store. Also, this is no longer made in USA, but China. Since we use these frequently and they get used up quickly, we'll just purchase less expensive pumice in bulk.
Would purchase from seller again, just not this item.
