    Im sorry to say its not the best quality it looks nice but glass is loose in the metal sleeve plus the plunger is not tight so all the coffee comes up into the glass so disapointed sorry

    The cafetiere is OK although a little lighter than I expected. The delivery however was very bad the box clearly marked fragile was dropped over my neighbours back gate, fortunately it did not break the glass. I was home all day but the delivery was made to the wrong house and a fragile item was dropped over a locked gate.

    Good item

    Good looking item. Does the job you want it to do. Great price. Only one thing the lid does not fit tightly and if one has arthritic hands it can be a worry where there is very hot water involved, he seems the 4 star rating.... But apart from that l am very happy with it.

    Not the best ...

    The table just above does not allow for any useful information from buyers to be recorded. For example, it's not impossible to use but, by responding 'no' it sounds like it is rubbish. Also, it is not the hardest thing to clean, but it has so many small parts to dismantle that it is far from easy, but again, it's not impossible. I'm still not sure about the last question because this may be just personal preferences - I have yet to really enjoy the brew, and I'm using Harrods ground coffee, but will persist in the hope that my purchase might prove to be a worthwhile buy. I should also say that the cafetiere was by no means expensive, so I may need to up my game!

    Cheap and cheerful. Excellent value works perfectly every time. I can't see any point in paying for an expensive one. No problems in using the plunger works smoothly. Gives a good flavour.

    Not the best

    Bit weak and flimsy. Filter doesn’t fit the glass well and so leaves dregs in the coffee. I had given them as presents and I feel a bit embarrassed to be honest. I ended up getting better ones from elsewhere to replace. They look nice but not practical if you like real coffee.
