DELIVERY
At SPARES2GO, we offer free fully tracked economy delivery for all UK orders and localities. Once your order is placed, you will receive a unique carrier tracking code that will enable you to track the whereabouts of your order at all times. Typically most shipments arriving via free tracked shipping will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Please note, we run an automated system on eBay and the address details that arrive in our system from eBay are the details input at the checkout page and this is the address that we have to ship the order to. WARRANTY and RETURNS
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 6 month warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address. The refund will be by the same method used as the original payment.

    This is the second one of these I have purchased, so has extended the life of the vac substantially

    Unfortunately the locating tabs eventually fatigue and when one snaps off the lower handle requires replacement again. If there was a more durable handle I'd recommend it, but I'm not aware of one, I get about 5 years of infrequent use out of these, so it's not a bad solution, just not quite as permanent as i'd like. All in all, low cost life extender for your G Tech vac, recommend.

    Husband able to remove old lower handle & glue on new one with not too much hassle. It was a perfect fit and has enabled me to keep using sweeper instead of discarding it & buying new. Great job & very pleased. Thank you

    Invaluable Replacement

    Without this handle my trusty carpet sweeper won't do its job. With this handle my carpet sweeper works so it's job is saved and it hasn't ended up in the bin. Be careful to retrieve any small pieces from your broken handle before inserting the new one. I also advise you do it with the insert part in the upright position then the two parts will meld more easily. Great value for money versus buying a new sweeper.
