    Highlighters arrived absolutely smashed to bits. Seller asked me to return the items stating the reason that I’d changed my mind then he would refund me! Absolutely not! They’re broken to bits and not as advertised. They arrived in a paper envelope and a very small bubble wrap envelope all the way from USA! No wonder they’re broken. Sadly, I had to pay another £45 customs fee to have them delivered so annoyingly had to keep them or I would’ve lost £45. Terrible seller. Avoid.

    We are sorry your order didn't arrive in satisfactory condition. The items were packed very well and the order was fulfilled by eBay Global Shipping Program. According to their terms and conditions, they handle free returns, so the buyer shouldn't have any problem to return the items. Additionally we are totally confused by the charges the buyer incurred. We have nothing to do with them, supposedly ebay calculates all the fees upfront, so there shouldn't be any surprises at the delivery.

    I love the " gwen stefani" Urban Decay Palette that she " created", and with the help of someone that " inspired" her. " wink. " wink". Also her connections/ friends with the help from " urban decay". I am a big fan of Gwen, and so is my " REAL" sister. My " REAL" sister likes her, and I do to. Grew up with Gwen since middle school. Her music goes way back. I bought this sister for my palette because these are more of the nude, and neutral colors that she likes. I'm also thinking about buying one for myself. I love the goldness to it. Had me " confused" though. Because in the front of the palette it looks like a bunch of " empty" Mac Pans that you fill in a empty palette. That's why when I got it I was upset, and was about to " complain". I mean.. she can really " trick", and fool ...

    I love Urban Decay. This palette has several light shades and a few very intense colors. They are silky smooth and blend like a dream. You can use this set to create daytime looks or wow look for evening.

    Beautiful palette!!

    All the colors in this palette are extremely wearable - even the bright yellow, pink and blue. The color pay-out is also very good. They're creamy, they blend well and they are long-lasting. I have really enjoyed this Gwen Stefani - UD eye shadow palette and would highly recommend it!
