Not happy with this product. Does not rotate the brush with its full capacity. I clean all the filter to make sure there is no blockages but still the same. Bought another floor head tool from Argos, work perfect. My advise to you guys buy it from dyson bit expensive but peace of mind. They give you 12 months warranty as well.
