Plastimo compass
This is the same compass, more or less, as the Weams and Plath. Very easy to use and quite accurate. I own both. When used at night shine a flashlight on it and the florescent coating will enable you to read the dial for the next few minutes. Just a tip - when buying this compass make sure you buy it in the country you intend to use it in. Otherwise it is like that you will get a compass that is balanced for another hemisphere and it won't work correctly. Been there done that.
