Was rather skeptical about steamers but took the plunge and bought this.Given the price, proved to be both effective and reliable. Hadn't realised it has a safety feature too. The tub only opens once the steam has been fully exhausted. Excellent product and not to heavy. 15 mins usage from one refill. Only snag is the LED power indicator emits a weak glow but I hadn't bought it for that. Good value product but its uses are limited. Great for little buttons on hobs or knobs that get dirt under them or difficult places in the kitchen that are hard to reach. Downside is there is no way of keeping the steam flowing without holding and pressing the release button constantly which is hard work after a few minutes. Had to fashion a jubilee clip to hold it down so I could use the flexible extension and then it became useful. Does not remove large scale grease deposits.Good value product but its uses are limited. Bought as replacement for 2 failed JML Steam Bees
We’ve had two JML Steam Bees and both failed in the same way. Didnt realise there was anything to rival the Steam Bee, but this product is more than a match for it. So far, we have used it on floor tiles and wall tiles, excellent results!

Light, handy, lacking power.
Was hoping it would have a little more power on the jet nozzle, wasn't really enough, and the hammer is a little awkward to push down in terms of its position to the handle. otherwise a handy tool.
