1.3. il diritto di recesso non si applica a beni confezionati su misura o personalizzati, quali ad esempio Personal Computer con configurazione scelta dal cliente;

1.4. il bene acquistato dovrà essere integro e restituito nella confezione originale, completa in tutte le sue parti (compresi imballo ed eventuale documentazione e dotazione accessoria: manuali, cavi, ecc...); per limitare danneggiamenti alla confezione originale, raccomandiamo, quando possibile, di inserirla in una seconda scatola, sulla quale apporre l'etichetta fornita da sikurit.it, riportante il numero di RMA (codice di autorizzazione al rientro); va evitata in tutti i casi l'apposizione di etichette o nastri adesivi direttamente sulla confezione originale del prodotto;

1.5. a norma di legge, le spese di spedizione relative alla restituzione del bene sono a carico del cliente;

1.7. in caso di danneggiamento del bene durante il trasporto, sikurit.it darà comunicazione al cliente dell'accaduto , per consentirgli di sporgere tempestivamente denuncia nei confronti del corriere da lui scelto e ottenere il rimborso del valore del bene (se assicurato); in questa eventualità, il prodotto sarà messo a disposizione del cliente per la sua restituzione, contemporaneamente annullando la richiesta di recesso;

1.8. sikurit.it non risponde in nessun modo per danneggiamenti o furto/smarrimento di beni restituiti con spedizioni non assicurate;

1.9. sikurit.it mette a disposizione del cliente la possibilità di inviare la merce con spedizione a mezzo corriere espresso assicurata mediante il proprio corriere SDA. Nel caso il Cliente scelga di avvalersi del servizio di rientro agevolati le relative spese saranno scalate dall’importo dovuto al Cliente per il recesso

al suo arrivo in magazzino, il prodotto sarà esaminato per valutare eventuali danni o manomissioni non derivanti dal trasporto. Qualora la confezione e/o l'imballo originale risultino rovinati, sikurit.it provvederà a trattenere dal rimborso dovuto una percentuale, comunque non superiore al 20% dello stesso, quale contributo alle spese di ripristino.
