Though I did like volume one considerably more, mostly because it represented a wider span of time. Volume 2 does certainly have it's moments, really liked the performances from Beck, Nirvana, Niel Young, & Green Day. The R&B and Rap material isn't really my thing so I'm not really a fair judge of those songs. The Pretenders, R.E.M., Hole, & Oasis also turn in respectable performances. All songs except Neil Young's "No More" (1989), were recorded in the 90's. Overall, I do recomend this CD for 90's music fans, and especially if you have volume 1.
I remember these music groups from S-N-L shows from years back. It was nice to own a fully referenced collection giving artist and host info with the dates of each performance.
