Previously had the dynamis ultima which was ok but had various flaws the main one being limited amounts of locos to be able to be stored so I upgraded to this system primarily for that reason I have to say this system is expensive but I havent regretted the purchase it is an amazing system Programing locos is a doddle and it will read a loco with the touch of 1 button no matter what its address is and changing the address or CV's is also pretty straight forward U can run 2 locos easier due to twin throttle s and the fact that u can add your own pics for loco identification purposes is a big yes for me (although I haven't added any yet it doesn't sound hard to do) Comes with a fairly comprehensive manual unlike my previous system It has functionality for controlling signals and points although at this time I wont be using that as I do prefer the old fashioned points control with a panel and switches and intend to have all my signals controlled with auto sensors for automated control Consists are easy to set up (I've set them up but had issues with adjusting locos speed ie matching but that's due to me being a novice at programming cv's not the system and what I believe to be a bad decoder in one of said locos ) So for functionality ease of use and build I give the system a full 5 starsRead full review

It is still the only non-computer based DCC Command Station with a screen. ESU equipment is always expensive, but it is good.
