Total joke, seller blamed everyone bar themselves for the issue, of which was clearly their error in the first place sending the wrong item, a cheaper item!! Will never use this company again.

I informed BPS and they rectified the issue immediately - within 2 days, I had a new (undamaged) ladder. Communications were excellent; always keeping me informed every step of the way - I had no stress, following my initial frustrations with the delivery company.
