Need a spare strimmer head?
Bought this as a spare to replace an Oregon one should it be needed. Fitted it this weekend, several problems. 1. Hard brittle plastic case. 2. Locking catch needs prying to open, should be able to do it with thumb. 3. Spring is too thin metal and weak. 4. Spool inside does not properly engage with case. 5. Poor overall finish. Highly not recommended. Buy Oregon products.

Used strimmer head on commercial strimmer
The strimmer head fitted our Honda commercial strimmer in minutes. It works perfectly too. The strimmer line isn't quite as long as the original It is easy to replace the line, so it isn't much of a problem. The head accepts the thicker line too which helps. It has already been used heavily and almost everyday and had no problems. I only bump the head on soil or gras , and avoid doing this on concrete to make the head last longer. Commercially speaking, I am very happy with the product, more than I can say about the virus situation that we are all in at the moment. Works well, good value.
Good quality, works well. The spindle adapters provided many options to fit the head, which I was really pleased with. Only negative comment I will make is that the outlet eyelets can come out easily when changing the cutting line, so don't do it over long grass! Other than that minor thing, excellent product.

strimmer bump head
