I have delt with larkspeed on several occasions and always been happy with the service. But no so happy this time. My item was dispatched late due to them not getting a delivery on time, I totally appreciate this is out of their control but they didn't think to let me know I only found out because I emailed them to enquire as to why my pads hadn't been dispatched and I suspect they would not have let me know otherwise. I will deal with Larkspeed again.
