Had to pay £51 (approx $65) to the customs and postal services for VAT, Import Tax, and a handling charge to pay for customs having to administer and retain the package. Item itself was just fine. Contacted seller to inform them customs had retained it and were charging me $65 but no reply even after 3 days.
