    The magnet and product items are very small and would be easy 2misplace, unless you have a work table to store your stuff. The item is however, as described and depicted in the Ebay Ad. It is a very effective way of determining what type of metal you are dealing with at any given moment in time. If it's Gold+Silver then it will not react to the magnet. Or may do slightly, which tells you the gold or Silver's density, or there lack of! Not a bad item for a fiver and easy to carry in your pocket.
