This book is for someone who already knows how to use the bread maker and want to make something else other than: white, French, whole meal and gluten free. The book takes you all around the country making different bread of that country for example: Wiltshire lardy cake, Cornish saffron buns, rye bread from Wales and Orkney broonies from Scotland to name but a few. For most of these you will also have to use your oven and need a baking tray.
