Great item - just as described.FYI to buyers: the metal construction is fairly thin. This makes it nice and lightweight when full of water, but won t be able to withstand knocks or bumps without risk of a dent.

Kettle was not as advertised. Apparently held 2 litres of water. I measured it and it was just under 1.5 lites. It didn't whistle. There was chunks of metal inside which I noticed after boiling water. Luckily, I wasn't pouring it into a cup of tea or I would have not seen and ingested them. The lid falls off very easily. To top it off, I tried to return and got an automated response email telling me to sell the item myself due to the costs incurred to return it. Avoid this seller!!

Price doesn’t include VAT. Seems to be in China not London as stated. Flimsy baskets sent in thin plastic bags, no other packing, so arrived twisted and bent, one wrecked. Seller responded promptly. I settled for partial refund and will try to twist the one back into shape as too much hassle to return.
Damage not down to the carrier, needed proper packaging/boxes on despatch.
