On sunday 5/5 Buyer filed did not receive claim, closed claim filed a credit card chargeback and never asked us for help. Did not receive chargeback still open, 5/9 left false negative feedback, opened not as described claim. 2 claims 1 negative feed back buyer is claiming to be the victim.
