    Not Sure

    It’s fair to say a product like this takes a while, several weeks or more, before a noticeable effect. Recently, maybe three weeks in, I have wondered if there is a beneficial effect, and concluded there might be a small decrease in stress levels, a slight improvement in getting off to sleep. So, today I rate it as ‘OK’. Maybe in a month I’d rate it as “Good”.

    Very disappointing.

    I've now tried this product for 4 nights, using the recommended dosage, but it hasn't helped me to sleep, in fact it seems to have made things worse, as my sleep pattern has become more broken.

    Does what it says

    Small hard coated tablets which are easy to swallow. Would recommend drinking reasonable amount to swallow these, not just few sips to get it down, otherwise they are inclined to have a lavender taste linger.
