When I first opened the parcel and saw the sleeve on the box I thought “this could be cheap and nasty”...How wrong I was! Even the box that the charger comes in is well made. This is definitely the next generation in charging equipment. The look and feel to the charger is second to none, Noco have used the latest materials to produce this simple but very effective design which is so simple to use. I bought this because I upgraded my Gsxr1000 K6 battery to a lithium ion one and although I was impressed with the battery at first I realised I couldn’t use my optimate on it which is a pain because my bike has a datatool alarm..... hence the battery went dead after a month without being started. This Noco charger revived the battery in about an hour and the bike was back alive! I could even use ... I could even use the loco as a battery conditioner (just like the optimate) if I wanted to but this would mean I’m screwing the crocodile clips and connecting the lead which has its own waterproof connector to my battery (that’s if I wanted the lead permanently attached to the bike) otherwise I can leave seat off and connect using crocodile clips or maybe a spare lead would be the answer. All in all a great bit of kit. It’s even wall mountable which would look great.

Although small and compact and with the promise of being able to start anything from a small petrol car up to a large diesel vehicle, the product totally failed on it's first outing. After receiving and charging for 24 hours, it was needed to start a 2.0 diesel vehicle which had been covered for the winter, the product connected to the battery - all looked good, one turn of the key and the product was flat without starting the vehicle. compact little unit and easy to use.
It's very compact and fits into my vehicle storage compartment,,it looks quite sturdy,only time will tell when my battery runs down again, how usefull it might be. however it looks great, and hopefully it will perform as expected.

Easy to charge, easy to use, easy to keep around in the motorbike compartment and great peace of mind for not caring much about the state of the battery after long periods. The clamps could be a little smaller for the tiny bike batteries, but this starts up to large trucks, so, not a big deal.
