As others commented - the solenoid is not fitted as in the picture & not how it fits in the Triton Shower - Solenoid is fitted the wrong way round. You will need to gently prise this from the valve housing to remove & turn 180 degrees. I have uploaded pictures of OEM & this one. OEM - brown solenoid with black O ring, this copy has black solenoid and red O ring. OEM weighs 76 gram, copy weighs 81 gram. My issue with OEM was the value casing cracked & leaked controllably. Hope copy is stronger.

It works.
Item is exact replacement for original, but in this case needed a new olive and nut to connect to the supply. As a nut was not to hand it involved sawing apart the old valve, but this was easily accomplished. Fitting the new valve was then simple and it worked first time. Overall, good.

Just what I needed.
This worked a treat. If your Triton shower is still dribbling water after you switch it off, get one of these. It's simple to change over in the shower (make sure you turn your power off first), and this part fitted like a glove, and much better value than parts from Triton.

Good non-OEM replacement valve
This is a good replacement valve for our Triton Aquatronic 1+ shower. Its dimensions are identical to the original valve and it's working well so far. It's a lot cheaper than the OEM part as well.
