Very interesting book.
Perfect for any barista or someone who is interested in every aspect of coffee! It has through info on the history, processing, harvesting and growing, the roasting, the different flavours, how the coffee is ground for different coffee makers and the history of espresso. It even has a section full of coffee based recipes!!!! Cannot fault
