I erected it on my own. I had help to take it down and it took less than 1 hour 45 minutes. It was my first time doing it and I am sure I will be much quicker next time. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone doing DIY in and around their house.

Then after collection a further 2 weeks to get refunded, again excuse after excuse for delay. Total joke, seller blamed everyone bar themselves for the issue, of which was clearly their error in the first place sending the wrong item, a cheaper item!! Will never use this company again.

Unfortunately, the courier damaged my ladder in transit (substantially buckling and generally mis-treating). I informed BPS and they rectified the issue immediately - within 2 days, I had a new (undamaged) ladder. Communications were excellent; always keeping me informed every step of the way - I had no stress, following my initial frustrations with the delivery company.
