After much research the cap isn't quite right. The pin is marginally under size for the drilled countersunk hole in the coat hooks pattice. I'm prepared to wrap tape of some description around the pin to pack the micro-gap on pushing the cap home. For this reason I can only give 4stars rating [see photos]
