Fast shipping, item was cheap enough. But had to modify the volume button hole, as it was offset and kept turning the volume up to max. Slot for game door is offset also, so you have to take the case off the Switch to change game cartridge. Other than, it’s not a bad deal.

While the communication I received from the seller was somewhat difficult to understand (apparently from someone whose first language is not English), I appreciated an email directly from the seller to let me know my item had been shipped. The case is new, as described, in its original packaging, and identical to a case I bought almost 4 years ago - except a different color. It was mailed in a plastic envelope.
