My allpondssolulution 1400EF head arrived broken as I believe it was broken in transit. The courier companies do t care about people’s goods and it was packaged wrongly. It should have been packaged in a box. All ponds solution were very kind and officiant in refunding me for the damage, very prompt and professional. I have purchased fish filters previously from this company and have never had any problems. Great products at affordable prices. Ten out of Ten.

Very good seller with extremely good communication. I even had the option on what day i wanted it arrived. Being able to check for damages before the driver leaves is something all company's should do. As for the tank...very good for the price and looks better than the photos. Only thing i thought could be changed is there being no holes for wires but there is a big enough gap between the lid for the wire if it not thick (thermostat wire was fine). There is room to drill if needed. Im very happy
