Glad I found a brand new, unopened older version of Office.
Glad I was able to find a version of Office that I am familiar with. And for which I don't have to pay an annual subscription fee. Office 2013
Office 2013 process was extremely easy. I received my cd key in the mail. I had a little difficulty in the beginning, and contacted the seller via e-mail. The seller was extremely helpful, and the directions were straight forward. I went to Office's website, linked the cd key with my Office account (I already had when I opened my e-mail account through Hotmail), and I downloaded the Office suite. Install was automatic, and was installing as the download progressed. The download was fast, but I have pretty good internet connection. The price for the product I received was extremely good for those on a serious budget, like a college students' budget. Price too high for older Home version

Problem with code

Office 2013
The key is valid but Microsoft wants to verify the keys before they are installed. That process took two separate calls and two hours to resolve. The problem was not with the seller but with Microsoft. It would be much better if their tech help was in a reasonable time zone. The people I talked to were in India.
