    The description and photos were accurate. However, this was the worst packed item ever received. Filled with addressed envelopes, crushed water bottles and other recyclable rubbish. Considering this seller seems to deal with coffee machines as what appears to be a business, the item was filthy. Nothing had been washed, water and spent coffee had leaked out everywhere. The milk frother and its parts had congealed milk in it. Awful. Customer satisfaction doesn't appear to be high on the list.
