sorry but this item blow my hair remover device and now its not working sorry i ordered from this company my philips har remover device is now a bin job the item i was sent must of been faulty i have bought lots of items from e bay and notting has every happen like this i plug in the charger and with in few minites it simply blew my item . what a lose for me .
