Please note your shipping address must match your PAYPAL address, once you complete the checkout process we will not be able to amend or cancel the order. If you want to change the shipping address please change it before making the payment as we can not change the shipping address later, we will not be able to check your messages on order notes regarding address change or other information.
 
2. Returns and refunds

    Its a great stick but too high for me, there are plenty of ways to change the height but I'm only 5ft tall and the stick cannot be made low enough for me to use it! I have had it 2 weeks but have just opened the box and put it together, very disappointed in the fact that I can't use it!

    This stick is very good, the only problem is the lowest height is a bit too high for me and probably for most elderly people who tend to shrink as they get older.

    Invaluable, why did I wait so long?

    Great stick, folds easily to stow in day bag, snaps back to full walking stick without faff. Love the articulated ferrule despite the sound it makes (not too loud but it noticeable) as it makes for a more steady walk. The cushioned grip is sufficient to mean leaning on it when needed is not uncomfortable. The light is quite helpful when going from building to car and the batteries are easily accessed for changing when needed. Surprised at how robust this stick is when extended, it supports my weight very well. I feel I've regained a bit of independence after my knee decided to go tricky enough to make walking uncomfortable without some sort of aid.
