It was well packaged and now comes in a nice protective case. Installation to my iPhone was really simple, and the app is straightforward to use.
The device itself is very compact and everything about it has a quality look and feel. Best of all it produces really good images for a thermal camera. The resolution is good and works really well if you are looking for something to help you understand where your house may be losing heat, as I was.
