Poor communication and super slow to ship item.
Purchased item Oct 23 - estimated delivery with Priority mail was Oct 28th. I reached out Oct 30th when I realized item never shipped. Seller said they forgot to tell me they were going on vacation (could have told me this when I messaged them question prior to buying) and would ship item Oct 30th or 31st. Post office didn't receive item until Nov 2nd. New estimated delivery Nov 4th. It's Nov 7th and I still don't have the item.
