I put new batteries in and turned him on and it sounded awful. The speaker is 95% shot. The voice is horrible. Tiger is pretty clean. I spoke with the seller as this was NOT advertised in the description and they offered a return or partial refund. My daughter in law decided to keep it. Seller was professional. All is good.
