When my card didn't arrive on the estimated day I reached out to the seller because I didn't understand what ESUS tracking was. The seller responded immediately to tell me that it is within USPS & it should be arriving soon. To learn more about this type of shipping I contacted eBay's customer service. I learned that this type of tracking is like a letter, not a package, but it gets tracked when it's dropped off and when it's delivered. It was delivered. Great card, great service. Thanks!
