Royal mail was the delivery company they didn't update the emails to let me know when it was to be coming got all emails once the parcel arrived. I would say that is not the sellers fault. Their tracking simply said "left with a neighbour" but none of my immediate neighbours had received it. Directwallpapers managed to find out the house number where it was left (three doors down) and I collected it. Service above and beyond expectations. I cannot receommend this company highly enough.
