When it came in a Walmart box I looked it up in Walmart and found the exact same griddle $10.00 cheaper. I haven't used it yet but it is what I ordered and does work. Since then I've seen better griddles advertised for the same money. It did come new, looks as it was described and was delivered quickly however I could have gone to Walmart directly and got it if I had known the brand
