As far as books go, I really enjoyed reading this. Having said that, I am a cycling fan who mostly reads autobiographies so that would be expected. But unlike some others I read, it really gave an indication of the character and background of the author, enabling me as the reader to see how she feels from day to day, rather than just reading about old results. If there was one thing that I couldn't relate to, it seemed to be targeted to the female gender with a few references that I didn't completely understand as a 15 year-old male. I've got nothing against this, just in that respect the book wasn't aimed at me, but otherwise a really interesting read that I would definitely recommend for anyone interested in sport or even psychology to a certain extent.As far as books go, I really enjoyed reading this.
