Item arrived later than promised, barely wrapped in any sort of proper packaging. Informed seller (ebay messaging) of intention to return the item, and another message later to say that item was on its way back to them; no response whatsoever was received, not even any acknowledgement of my messages. No refund after two weeks. Now having to deal with ebay in the hope of a due refund - all for the sake of £3.99 plus return postage. Absolutely hopeless seller. Do not buy from these people.
