    I took a chance, but the product did not work. The jack fit into the optical slot and the speaker 3.5 plug fit into the female slot. However, I could not get the sound to work on the TV. I was guessing it was not going to work because of all the "did not work reviews". For only a few bucks I took a chance. As for the seller, "Gravity Standard"; they delivered the product as I expected, in timely manner and it was well packed. Free shipping was a plus.

    Worthless product

    Even though I've read all the reviews, where most of them were bed, I bought the mini Jack Plag, because it was exactly what I needed to connect my bluetooth transmitter AUX to my Optical Digital Audio in my TV. So, I did that and NOTHING! It did not work. I tried to connect and disconnect it many times, still DID NOT WORK.Waste of money. I don't recommend it.

    Don't Buy

    My first step , I plugged in 3.5 mm male into the female side of this part. This part did not catch securely and properly. So very Loose the Adapter spun around stupidly. I didn't even waste my time to see if optical side fit in TV, and I would not want to try it on a high dollar TV.

    Aux to opt

    I purchase this product thinking it was going to work. I do not know if the actual product doesn't work or if it was the whole connection. Point is i am not using it. Delivery was fast and quick. No doubt the seller values his work. Again, i don't know about the product working.

    Audio adapter

    It did not work with Samsung smart tv. Used it for connecting wired headphones, but no go. Adapter sits in digital audio plug loosely. Glad I only lost a few bucks for it.
