Initial response from the seller was quick and helpful. The parts were shipped and received quickly. Unfortunately only 3 of the 4 items I ordered were as described. The last one was previously opened, repackaged badly, and missing parts. I contacted the seller to address the issue and was promised the missing parts. Almost 3 weeks later and I don't have the parts, and there has been no response to requests for shipping/tracking information. Did they ship?
